Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) is part of the Terms & Conditions for Daily Bible Plan (the “Service”), operated by The Studio 1216. By using the Service, you agree to use it only for lawful, appropriate, and permitted purposes.

1. Prohibited activities

You may not use the Service to do any of the following:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or governmental order, including export controls, sanctions, or anti-money-laundering rules;
• Engage in fraud, misrepresentation, phishing, social engineering, or deceptive practices;
• Harass, threaten, abuse, defame, or discriminate against any person or group;
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk communications without proper consent;
• Infringe intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of a third party;
• Upload, generate, distribute, or promote unlawful, obscene, defamatory, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable content;
• Introduce, transmit, or distribute malware, viruses, ransomware, or any other harmful code;
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or any connected system or network without authorization;
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security, usage, or access controls of the Service;
• Scrape, crawl, spider, or otherwise harvest data from the Service without written permission;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code or trade secrets from the Service;
• Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without prior written consent;
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other means to create accounts or access the Service in a manner that mimics human use or evades rate limits;
• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or its infrastructure.

2. AI-generated content

The Service includes AI-generated study notes and devotional content. You must not use these features to create, promote, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, misleading, or that infringes on anyone’s rights. You are responsible for the prompts you submit and how you use any generated output. We may filter, restrict, or remove outputs or accounts that violate this Policy.

3. Account responsibility

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must keep your login credentials secure and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or suspected breach. You may not share account credentials, create accounts on behalf of others without authorization, or impersonate any person or entity.

4. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate any conduct that violates this Policy and to take appropriate action, including issuing warnings, removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting unlawful activity to law enforcement or regulatory authorities. We may cooperate with legal process and law enforcement requests as required by law.

5. Reporting violations

If you become aware of conduct on the Service that violates this Policy, please contact us through the support channel on Daily Bible Plan.

6. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
