Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email address you used to purchase, or contact our support team and we will pass the request to Paddle on your behalf.
After the 30-day window, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals. You will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
Subscriptions renew automatically. If a renewal charge was unexpected, contact Paddle through paddle.net within 30 days of the charge and a refund will be considered.
