Daily Bible Plan (the "Service") is provided by The Studio 1216("we", "us"). By using the Service you enter into a binding agreement with The Studio 1216 on these Terms.
By creating an account, visiting, or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Daily Bible Plan provides a Bible reader, a year-long reading plan, AI-generated study notes, a reflection journal, bookmarks, and related features. Some features are available only to paid subscribers ("Pro").
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:
Study notes, devotionals, and similar features are generated by AI models. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are provided for personal study only. They are not theological, legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. You are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them and for your use of any generated content. We may filter, restrict, or remove outputs that violate these Terms.
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and AI-generated templates, is owned by The Studio 1216 and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal, non-commercial study within the plan you have selected.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, taxes, cancellations, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account or via paddle.net.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will meet your requirements. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Studio 1216 is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections available to you.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to The Studio 1216 via the support channel on Daily Bible Plan. Billing and refund questions are handled by Paddle at paddle.net.
